Aging cells not only cease growing, but also secrete various proteins such as inflammatory cytokines. This secretory phenomenon is known the senescence‑associated phenotype (SASP). The aim of present study was to elucidate effects senescence on differentiation osteoclast precursors (OCPs) and corresponding SASP. RAW264.7 were used OCPs cultured passage (P)5, P10 P20. Cell proliferation assays, β‑galactosidase staining telomere length quantification subsequently performed, it revealed that replicative induced at In addition, level tartrate‑resistant acid phosphatase activity in P20 treated with receptor activator nuclear factor‑κB ligand significantly lower than P5 cells.
